Workshops

Within the scope of this project, we have prepared three qualification videos for the restaurant entrepreneurs who join TASTE Portugal.

These videos discuss the roots of Portuguese gastronomy and allow understanding of the ingredients from the perspectives of production, commercialization, and consumption.

They include culinary demonstrations of various recipes prepared by renowned Portuguese Chefs (Chef Noélia Jerónimo, Chef Vitor Sobral, and Chef Bertílio Gomes) based on animal protein, plant-based ingredients, and indigenous products.

Lastly, each video presents concrete and functional alternatives showing that innovation is a competitive factor in the restaurant industry.
